I found a couple of things disappointing . the shower was quite small. Water easily splashed all over the bathroom floor. also, there wasn't much storage space for clothes in the room, feel a bit cramped. (i wish there were more options for organizing my belongings).

The hotel is located close to the station. I found it easy to walk to shopping areas and dining spots. The staff seemed cute and helpful.
The room lights were quite dim. I felt they could have been brighter. The storage cabinet was small, not ideal for a family stay. There was no proper storage cabinet.

the breakfast selection included gluten free pancakes. the location was convenient near the station. i found the bar to be a relaxing place. the spa facilities were very good.
our room did not have air conditioning. it was quite challenging to get comfortable in the hot weather. the windows could only open a few centimeters. the staff provided us with two fans.

the breakfast was lovely with waffles i could make myself. my room was very spacious and clean. the luggage storage was secure and easily accessible (that was helpful!).
the ac made my throat sore every morning. i couldn't switch it off in my room. a better system would improve my stay.
